August 1st (New Hythe)

This morning I found a nice Willow warbler, which is far less common during the autumn than formally.

Along the river from Bucket wood,I could see two Common Sandpipers, one imm Oystercatcher and one adult Little Egret.

Two Kingfishers were seen at Allders lake.

Over the past week Red Kites have been in evidence, including two together over the garden.
