Although I saw no White -fronted Geese today at Scotney,I saw thirty at Pett.

January 8th (New Hythe)

Although I only managed a brief visit this morning.I relocated one of the Firecrests along the the Mill stream and one of the very mobile Siskin flocks in the Alders along the northern edge of Brookland lake.A good start to the New Year.

January 6th (Pett and scotney gravel pits)

Before I left this morning.I made a big mistake.I accidentally set my camera settings to raw fine files,instead of fine jpg files.The only way I could then upload the photos was without any sort of editing,which included cropping.

Find the Bean Goose.

W F Geese (17 were feeding in with the hundreds of Greylag at Scotney)

At Scotney at least 100+ Barnacle geese were on show.
