Hi,my name is Alan Woodcock.I have been bird-watching in the area for nearly fifty years and (bird ringing)since 1980.I hope to keep up to date sightings of wildlife I have seen (mainly birds)with occasional diary entries of past times.
Hi Alan. Just read your report and a very interesting read it is. Having only started bird watching in the last seven or eight years I find the species and species counts for the New Hythe lakes area fascinating but really saddening when compared to today's sightings.
ReplyDeletePleased you managed to get it on to your blog. Well done!
Hi Phill, some species accounts look okay on the draft, but when published, look a mess,Smew for instance.
