New Hythe 25th - 1 Red Kite (10:45) NW,1 Green Sandpiper,2 Oystercatchers (river) 6 Blackcaps and 5 Chiffchaffs.

27th overcast,Alders lake,4 Sand Martin,2 Gadwall,along the Mill stream and 1 duck Pochard Abbey Meads.Reed Buntings in evidence,

28th (central Kent) photo 1 of 5 Meadow Pipits ringed.

    Nice post Alan, Brought back many happy memories, especially the red kite. I had several pairs nesting around my village up till 2 years ago when all our birds disappeared.
