Walking around the East and West scrub areas this morning.I heard at least 4 Garden Warblers,two were caught and ringed (male and female).Nightingales now number at least 25 (singing) in the Park,with 10 more in the Brookland / Abbey Meads lakes area.
At mid day Glenn saw two HOBBIES over the Sunken marsh and a little later had a third one from Bucket wood.
On the 27th two RED KITES passed over west and two Common Sandpipers were seen along the river.
Hello Alan, I see you have been busy. I don't hear the nightingales here but we do have red kites and peregrines to keep me happy.
