December 30th (Yellow Warbler)

Seeing as the forecast was for bright conditions today.I thought I would go and see if the Warbler would return to its former feeding routine,after not being sighted since Friday.I was the only one present for a while until some one else appeared with the same thoughts.Shortly after he appeared so did the warbler,though only briefly at first.The word was then put out and as more birders turned up,about sixty in all,the warbler then showed more often at onetime quite close. 

Saturday and Sunday had been dull and cold and the bird was probably feeding low down out of sight.
