April 18th,21st and 22nd (New Hythe)

This morning a Cuckoo was roaming all over the Park and a Garden Warbler was heard in the East scrub.

During the afternoon three Hobbies were seen hawking high over the Streamside lake.

On the 21st,one of the Dipping pond Nightingales was caught which already had a ring.

Ringed as a juv (3jp) TY99434 in the West scrub on the 04 08 2021.

Also on the 21st,two more Sedge Warblers were heard,a Lesser Whitethroat was seen in the East scrub and a good find again by Glenn was a Wall brown in the Brookland/Abbey Meads area.

Glenn later during the afternoon was lucky enough to see a Osprey from Bucket wood which had been feeding in the area of St  Peter`s bridge.

22nd Garden Warblers,one in the East scrub and another along the Mill stream by the Dipping pond and a Hobby over the Railway lake.
