However I did have better luck with the forests other bird specialities seeing Crossbill 5,Woodlark 2,Redstart 4,Tree Pipit 4 and Stonechat 4.Other birds noted amongst others were
Linnet (flock of 15) Goldfinch,Willow Warbler,Nuthatch,Cuckoo and G S Woodpecker.
