Hi,my name is Alan Woodcock.I have been bird-watching in the area for nearly fifty years and (bird ringing)since 1980.I hope to keep up to date sightings of wildlife I have seen (mainly birds)with occasional diary entries of past times.
Alan , like you , I've been scratching my head over your white flower . Can't see the leaves very well , but they look a bit Rock Rose to me . Only trouble , that has 5 petals and your flower has 10 , but I suppose it could be a cultivar . I'll keep looking , but I don't think it is a wild flower , or is it ?
