February 21st,25th and March 2nd(New Hythe)

Firecrest (Abbey Meads 21st) Two Common Buzzards and one Red Kite over the conservation lake and four Siskins at Lunsford road stream (25th).

Five Brimstones and one Peacock also seen (25th,warmest day so far).

March 2nd bright,quite warm,S.A Red legged Partridge was seen at the southern end of Streamside lake,rare in the lakes now (a former breeding species) and a L R Plover was seen along the river from Bucket wood (a nice early record),along with 2 Peregrines overhead.
